The rustic but charming holiday home “la Monticana” is nestled within the hilly countryside just outside of Frigiliana and is a great accommodation for hiking and biking holidays, while also being close to the sea. The holiday home consists of a living room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms (one is en suite with a shower and one shared with a bathtub) and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, a fireplace, a safe, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair (both upon request). The beautiful private outdoor area boasts an open terrace with a seating area, where you can start the day with breakfast in the sun or spend the evenings with a glass of wine and delicious barbecued dinners. The pool invites you to take swims in the beautiful mountain panorama before basking in the deck chairs, from where you can see the ocean in the distance. The closest supermarket is located a 6-minute drive (2.7 km) away and a restaurant serving local dishes can be reached after a 5-minute drive (2.5 km). The centre of Frigiliana is a 10-minute drive (3.6 km) away, where you can find many more shops, restaurants and cafés along the town’s picturesque narrow streets. The typical Andalusian town of Nerja is a 20-minute drive (11 km) away and is famous for its many events, bars, restaurants and the scenic coastline with sandy beaches. Furthermore, the city wonderful of Málaga, birthplace of Pablo Picasso, is situated a one-hour drive (60 km) southwest of the property and the airport is also a one-hour drive (72 km) away. Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price, and for long stays of more than 2 weeks, an additional set of linens and towels will be provided.. Pets are not allowed. Please let the homeowner know if you need the cot and the highchair. The pool is open all year round.

The residential area is surrounded by mountains, which can be seen from many corners of the house, but the highlight certainly is the private outdoor area with an open terrace, on which you can bask on the deck chairs, enjoy delicious meals from the barbecue, spend the evenings with a glass of wine or take swims in the pool, all accompanied by a beautiful view over the glistening blue sea. The closest supermarket is a 5-minute drive (2 km) away and in the center of Nerja, 4 km (10-minute drive) from the home, many shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be found, while the closest beach, Playa Calahonda, is a 10-minute drive (3.6 km) away in Nerja. The city of Málaga, a 45-minute (56 km) drive west of the apartment is the native town of the world-famous painter Pablo Picasso, and you can visit his birth house in the beautiful center, close to the Picasso museum and many others, as well as the cathedral. Besides the plenty popular tourist attractions, the city is perfect for strolls and will impress with its amazing architecture and narrow alleyways. Málaga’s airport can be reached by car after 50 minutes (67 km). Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. This three-story townhouse is located in the peaceful Punta Lara residential area, offering a quiet setting. Enjoy 2 comfortable bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. The property features a fully equipped private kitchen and a living-dining room on the first floor. Bedrooms and the bathroom are on the second floor, while the terraces are on the third. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, air conditioning in the main bedroom, second bedroom, and living-dining room, private TV, washing machine, private barbecue, cot and high chair (both available on request). The house has mountain views and is close to the beach. You can relax in the communal outdoor pool, located 400 meters from the house. The pool is usually open from June to September (please confirm opening dates). The tranquil Punta Lara neighborhood ensures a peaceful stay. Events are not permitted.
